Hypnotherapy session process

1. Initial conversation
space for understanding and safety
At the beginning of the meeting, we focus on discussing your needs, expectations, and challenges you face. This is a time to freely express your thoughts and concerns, as well as ask questions about hypnosis and the entire process. My goal is to create an atmosphere of trust and safety in which you will feel comfortable and confident.
2. Getting into a relaxation state
the path to deep relaxation
Using gentle relaxation techniques, I will help you achieve a state of deep relaxation and focus. This is a natural, pleasant state in which the mind becomes more open and receptive. You remain fully aware at all times, you have control over the process and you can react freely. This is a space where you go at your own pace, and I watch over your safe well-being.
3. Working with the subconscious
gentle discovery and change
In a state of deep relaxation, we direct our attention to your subconscious to gently reach the source of difficulties or limiting beliefs. We work with respect for your boundaries, in a way that is tailored to your needs and readiness. The goal of this stage is to introduce positive changes that support your development and inner balance. The whole process is gentle, and you decide how deeply you want to go into this work.
4. Conclusion and overview
integration of experiences
After coming out of hypnosis, we discuss your feelings, impressions and reflections. This is an important moment to organize the experience and answer any questions. I will also share with you tips on how to reinforce the changes introduced on a daily basis, so that the effect of the work is lasting and supportive.
